If you would prefer to try your swing on a more pedigreed course, the Lahinch Golf Club offers a championship golf links to rival the best, not only in Ireland, but in the whole of the British Isles. There is a strong tradition of golf in Lahinch, and comparisons between the towns of Lahinch and St. Andrews in Scotland have regularly been drawn. Lahinch is about 20 minutes’ drive from Doolin – and well worth the trip!
